I’m a qualified Humanistic Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I’m committed to ethical practice, and attend regular supervision, continued professional development and my own personal therapy, to continually increase my awareness, knowledge and skills.
Before embarking on private practice, I worked as a volunteer counsellor in the NHS supporting people with addiction and substance misuse, and with a registered charity in Hampshire that provides support to people affected by domestic abuse and violence.
My clinical work and continuous professional development has given me the experience, knowledge and understanding needed to help people struggling with a range of difficulties.
